Champion and his G-strings will be a part of the Tramsmit China upcoming event on May, 29th. The DJ and his musicians will perform at the chic Star Live, in Beijing.

Transmit China, a four-day trade mission (May 28 - May 31), explores new markets while building and strengthening relationships between the music industries in Canada and China. The event is presented by the Government of British Columbia, in partnership with the Government of Canada.

After spending three years "conquering the world" with the feverish songs from the Chill’em All album, the turntable master is proud to launch Champion et ses G-strings Live, a CD/DVD box set of a live performing show recorded at Metropolis. Available in store November 13th, Champion et ses G-strings Live offers  audio version (surround 5.1) and video version of the show, never heard before songs, which holds an audacious version of Feeling Good, popularized by Nina Simone, and a short documentary shot during the International Montreal Jazz Festival.

Champion's The Remix Album  is in nomination in the Dance Recording of The Year category at this year's Juno Awards!

In March, Champion and His G-Strings will head down to Austin, Texas for the SXSW Festival, where they will perform at Bonsound's showcase,  alongside Malajube, Les Breastfeeders, Call Me Poupée, Creature and The Dagons!!! They will then  play across Canada with Malajube, during the Exclaim! tour which will kick off in Victoria, BC and end at l'Impérial in Quebec CIty!!

Champion's West Coast weekend!

Champion and His G-Strings are in Vancouver until December 2nd for the Transmission showcase, which will feature 20 export-ready artists from Canada, US, UK and Europe.

Champion and HIs G-Strings will be playing a free outdoor show on Saturday afternoon, during the Transmission Bloc Party. Rain or shine at 3PM at the Georgia Plaza!
